Campaign Assistant - East Sussex

Assist with overall administration and management of the live campaign/brand, with a focus on new applications and compliance with criteria.
Be responsible for the day-to-day account management of newly applying companies.
Respond to prospective and existing certified companies, both on and offline, professionally and with a high level of customer service.
Work collaboratively with the other departments.
Administer the organisation’s database to ensure high quality and accurate records for companies are maintained, in compliance with relevant information legislation.
Provide general support to the team and assist with other similar work as required.
Strong commitment to team working and an ability to work well with colleagues in different disciplines across the whole organisation.
Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to build and maintain positive and productive relationships with external partners other organisations.
First class written and verbal presentations skills, sufficient to effectively present the message to companies and partner organisations.
Strong and proven organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workloads to meet deadlines.
Excellent IT skills with advanced level Microsoft Word and Excel, and moderate level Outlook.
A positive and proactive approach to using new software.
Comfortable with handling and communicating scientific information and technical data.
Educated to degree standard or equivalent in a science related subject
Experience of maintaining high quality accurate records and of administering a programme requiring an eye for detail; and of undertaking independent internet-based research.
Experience of managing a complex project with multiple priorities and timelines and of assimilating technical information.
Excellent communication skills and experience of successful networking with external partners.
Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM software.
Experience in a similar role, working with and influencing key players in companies.
