Reward Administrator – About the role

The purpose of this role is to administer all reward processes on a timely and accurate basis for circa 350 employees based in the City of London Headquarters, Ireland and the UAE.

 

Reward Administrator – Core duties

Benefits Administration

Day to day benefit administration for all group and voluntary benefits, such as Private Medical, Group Income Protection, Death in Service, Share Incentive Plan, Childcare Vouchers and Long Service Awards

Assists with the annual renewal of Group benefits including compiling annual renewal data and participating in provider reviews

Acts as the point of contact for all Benefit queries

Ensures all benefits information and policy documents are up to date on the internal intranet

Co-ordinates the annual wellness week process

Assists with setting up benefits in Countries as and when we set up new offices

Project work as required.  For 2018 this will involve implementing a new flexible benefits system

 

Compensation

Provides administrative support for the annual pay review cycle including letter production and distribution, and provides data for compiling the pay review spreadsheets

Supports annual benchmarking process and ad hoc benchmarking requests

Supports annual gender pay gap reporting process

Supports annual Directors Emoluments process by providing accurate data on a timely basis

Ad hoc reporting as required

 

Payroll

Collation and processing of monthly payroll data to outsourced payroll provider (currently SD Worx) for London, Ireland and Dubai

Manage annual P11D process

Acts as the point of contact for all payroll related queries

 

Pension

Day to day pension scheme administration for all employees, including monthly upload of pension data and adding new joiners to pension portal

Coordinates bi-annual Pension Governance Committee meetings including preparing meeting packs and taking notes

Administration of annual and life time allowance process

 

Reward Administrator – Key skills & requirements

Prior experience of working in a HR environment

Experience of benefits and payroll administration

Stakeholder management at all levels

Experience in dealing with external supplies

Basic knowledge of DC pensions

Numerate and analytical

Advanced Excel and dealing with high volumes of data
