Job Title: Sales Trainer - Insurance / Financial Services

Job Description

Job Purpose:

Provide excellent training delivery and facilitation of knowledge transfer to Sales Agents to accelerate performance in the Sales department and help ensure that all sales targets are met/exceeded. Liaise with Sales Supervisors to help identify Sales agents training requirements through Training needs analysis.

Key Requirements:

Experience

Sound experience of training design and delivery within a Sales environment

Experience of working within an insurance or financial services environment, preferably within an insurance contact centre

Skills

Strong Sales training skills

Excellent ability to design and deliver training events

Strong ability to conduct training needs analysis

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written encompassing delegates with varying abilities and backgrounds

Influencing and negotiation skills

Problem solving skills with the ability to adopt a logical approach to resolving problems

Numerate, Literate and good IT / Software skills

Sound knowledge of sales techniques and objection handling techniques

A sound knowledge of insurance products and personal lines insurance following appropriate training

Comprehensive understanding of regulatory requirements and company principles (including TCF) following appropriate training
