Job Description
Job Title: Quality Controller
Role Overview:
Our Leading Insurer client has a fantastic opportunity for a Quality Controller to join their Underwriting & Operations team.
Primarily you will be responsible for measuring, monitoring and feeding back on the quality of service, quotes, provision, accuracy, and regulatory.
The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills with a background within the Personal Lines Insurance sector; be highly computer literate with excellent attention to detail and the ability to analyse and process data.
Key Responsibilities:
You will be Call monitoring (live and recorded), measuring adherence to standard operating procedures.
Quality assuring manual processing on Brokasure, reconciling input to supplied paperwork and instructions.
Quality assuring electronic processing ensuring standard operating procedures is being followed and prevents mishandling error/warning messages.
Ensuring that Fraud Technicians are adhering to standard operating procedures.
Monitoring accounts query resolution, and reporting on trend analysis
Trend analysis on quality issues reporting to Operations Management team.
Monitoring of underwriter quotes to ensure they are within the boundaries of the authority limits
Quality assuring processing of underwriting functions
Making suggestions to improvements in service or process and recommending training
