Job Title: Digital Commerce Marketing Manager

Job Description

To implement the delivery of the online marketing strategy for the business.

The successful candidate will show they have an in depth knowledge and understanding of direct marketing and commerce principles and practices, an understanding of the importance of web design, development, web usability and accessibility.

Key responsibilities:

To manage the online customer experience including day to day responsibility for the operation and development of my client’s transactional website; driving traffic, and maximising ROI

Write and optimise website content to ensure both search engine visibility and favourable user experience

Ensure effective measurement and tracking of websites and all customer communications

Develop an effective promotional plan using various marketing channels including email marketing, Natural search, PPC, Affiliates, and Social Media

Promote brand recognition through a variety of social media to drive traffic to the website

Assist in the management of external parties including creative agencies, affiliate networks, and other specialists to deliver the annual marketing plan within the agreed cost and time parameters.

Ensure all marketing materials produced are delivered in accordance with all marketing principles and especially regulatory guidelines (TCF)

Support the Director of Marketing in the achievement of overall business objectives

Responsible for conducting staff management duties
