Job Description
The role:
The focus of this role will be to provide support to the Business processing a growing area within my clients UK Retail Insurance business.
Key responsibilities
Provide support to business users, the business processing unit and external business systems users on operational issues, liaise with IT to assist with solutions to systems problems
Identify potential improvements to existing procedures and provide clear and systematic guidelines for users
Produce and maintain reports to give the business accurate and clear information; interpret and summarise data to help the team to make decisions about change
Provide operational support for processing business from a large and complex Underwriting Partnership, General administrative duties and project support; other tasks as required by the business and as directed by Manager/Team Leader
Key requirements
A minimum of 2 A levels at grade C or above,
Experience of a similar role preferably within a Financial Services background.
Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines whilst maintaining attention to detail
Knowledge of Microsoft Windows applications
