Job Description
Fixed term contract – 6 months
Main Duties:
Download documents and create paper claim files on a daily basis for review by claim technicians
Validate all electronic claim messages into the company’s computer system on a daily basis.
Maintain the department’s workflow system and present files for review by claim technicians on a daily basis
Maintain the company’s complaints system to ensure that regulatory deadlines are met.
Maintain the companies TBA and Static claims register and present files for review by the claim technicians on a monthly basis.
Archive closed claims on a monthly basis.
Maintain the department’s peer review process and register on a monthly basis.
Produce all daily, weekly and monthly claim reports.
Maintain the department’s expert database to ensure that all necessary documentation is held.
Scanning, filing and all other administration duties as may be required.
Technical Skills:
Basic Microsoft Word and Intermediate Microsoft Excel. Microsoft Outlook

Hard working and committed
Able to liaise with staff at all levels
Approachable
Pro-active
Would consider graduates in there gap year.
