Our client is currently looking for experienced Construction Site Managers for Aberdeen, Edinburgh and Oxford.

You will be responsible for managing the site production team, suppliers and subcontractors and ensuring that all works are undertaken safely and in accordance with health, safety and environmental legislation.

You will assess, approve and where appropriate write risk assessments and methods statements.

You will be responsible for managing the impact of works on neighbouring residents, industry and the highways.

You will ensure that suppliers/subcontractor’s works are co-ordinated, produced in accordance with the drawings and specifications without defects and in accordance with the contract programme.

You will have proven experience of managing commercial construction sites as well as excellent organisation and people management skills.

You will be a highly motivated individual with the ability to communicate at all levels and be computer literate.

You may be required to travel and when required stay away from home on occasions.
