Job Description
Overview:
To manage or support business projects through to successful implementation
To deal with all aspects of the management of the system, controls and related admin.
Liaise closely with IT as required and action any system requirements.
Update and maintain systems
To coordinate the specification, communication and testing for all small IT changes
Knowledge
Detailed knowledge of RTM
Foundation level understanding of project management tools and techniques
General awareness of the personal lines insurance market, FSA rules and principles and common practice within the industry.
Skills
Planning & organisation
Time management & prioritization – able to work to a deadline
Ability to run a meeting with internal staff
Creative thinking & Problem solving
Information gathering
Analytical skills
PC skills including use of Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook
Good communication & inter-personal skills
Ability to present recommendations in a confident manner
Accuracy when inputting data
