Job Description

Purpose:

My Essex based Insurance client are actively seeking a skilled Project Manager to manage or support business projects through to successful implementation and to aid the Management team to identify areas for improvement and manage change.

Overview

Broad based knowledge of call centre best practice

Experience within the personal lines insurance market, ideally with a good awareness of FSA rules and principles

3+ year experience of project management

Project and programme management techniques and methodologies (including understanding of PRINCE 2 methodology as used in IT)

Skills

Planning & organisation

Time management & prioritization

Problem solving and decision-making

Creative thinking

Information gathering

Analytical skills

PC skills including use of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project & Outlook

Strong communication & inter-personal skills
