Job Title: Credit Controller

Job Description

Key Responsibilities will be the billing and collection of Insurance Broker balances along with the following:

Credit control over assigned broker balances

Aged debt reporting

Investigation of balance queries and resolution

Monitoring of broker payment performance

Escalation of issues to Credit Control Manager

Any other Ad hoc or additional duties as requested.

The ideal candidate will have the following qualities & qualifications:

Previous Credit Control experience

Previous experience in an Insurance environment

Previous knowledge of MS Office applications, mainly Excel and Word

Maths GCSE Grade A – C

A flexible and proactive approach to work is required, as is an ability to organise and prioritise workloads.

Ability to follow instructions / procedures within specific timetables

Attention to detail as accuracy is important

Computer literacy and keyboard skills (Desirable)

Good communication skills
