Job Title: Property and Energy Claims Handler

Job Description

The position will include but not be limited to the following;

- Booking new claims

- Administering claims in accordance with client requirements

- Keeping the Company & client database updated

- Settling Claims

- Liaising with the market Via Xchanging CLASS system (LIRMA and ILU)

- Processing claims under 100k USD

- Considering policy coverage (in time)

The successful candidate will need to have;

- Experience of handling claims in a cost effective and pro-active manner

- Experience of the London Market

- Experience of ECF and Class would be beneficial

- Understanding of policies / endorsements / wordings etc.

Further, the successful candidate will need to be;

- Used to dealing with Clients

- Articulate

- Diligent

- Organised

- Presentable

- Able to work unsupervised

Job Ref: MASS 869 Hours: Full Time Location: London (All) / London Working Term: Permanent Position Salary: £45,000
