Job Description
My leading Lloyds Syndicate clients have a fantastic opportunity for someone to join their Claims team as a Claims Assistant.
Ideally you will have an A level education – including Maths & English at grade B or above, and will have an understanding of the Lloyds Insurance Market.
Purpose of Job
To undertake administrative tasks within the claims area and assist in the operational claims procedures in accordance with the Claims Procedures and Lloyd’s Claims Management Principles and Minimum Standards.
Main Tasks
The jobholder will undergo training in the use of Electronic Claim Files (ECF) to a level whereby the jobholder will be able to provide support to claim adjusters. The jobholder will assist in the weekly production of ECF Management Information to monitor the use of ECF in accordance with Claims Procedures and Lloyd’s Claims Management Principles and Minimum Standards. The jobholder will assist in the analysis of monthly ECF MI from Lloyd’s Franchise Performance Directorate.
The Jobholder will be required to undertake general administrative duties.
