Motor Fleet Administrator / Account Handler
Job Description
On behalf of a leading Lloyds Brokers, we are currently looking for 2 Motor Fleet Administrators / Account Handlers with ideally a minimum of 2 years experience handling fleet business.
Experience of administering Wholesale business or prior experience dealing with Sub-Brokers would be a distinct advantage.
The role will involve dealing with written and telephone requests for adjustments to policies received from brokers (vehicle changes/adjustments, drivers referrals etc).
Instructing the relevant underwriters to ensure cover is placed in accordance with instructions received from sub-agent/policyholder.
Issuing cover notes and check and issue policy documentation and debit/credit notes
Investigate and resolve/report on account queries.
