Job Description:

You will be responsible the delivery of functional support within the implementation department, consisting of the following duties:
Provide product demonstrations to client.
omplete feasibility studies regarding potential functional deployments.
Assist clients with gap analysis and specifications for software enhancement.
Provide support for clients completing User Acceptance Testing.
Train clients and the company’s staff on the functional aspects our products.
Provide technical training courses for client support staff and their staff.
Create and update documentation for new markets and/or new software releases.
Provide on-site go-live support for deployment of client projects.
Travel will be required across the zones controlled by our client London in order to carry out the above tasks, and some worldwide travel will also be necessary.

Required Skills:

Knowledge of financial markets essential.
Previous teaching/training experience a plus.
Solid computing skills.
Ability to grasp technical concepts quickly.
Fast learner, aptitude for problem solving, good communicator, proactive, self motivator, team player and enthusiastic.
Flexible, willing to take on new challenges at short notice.
French language a bonus.
Degree Educated.
