Within this role you will be responsible for the supervision and co-ordination of staff working in the yard, ensuring a quality service to the customer at all times whilst undertaking these duties. You will ensure that staff work at all times within Company policies and procedures with particular reference to Health and Safety and Security procedures. To succeed within this role you will demonstrate previous experience working within a Builders Merchants environment where you will have shown an aptitude for working with a minimum of supervision or have had a previous team leader role.
