Job Title: Third Party Damage Claims Manager

Job Description

Main Duties:

Managing the Third Party Damage team to achieve service levels. Claims to be managed within your personal claims handling/payment authorities as appropriate.

The ideal candidate will have the following skills & experience:

An in depth understanding of Claims technical knowledge/general insurance knowledge including workings of vehicle salvage, approved repair operations and motor recoveries.

Good Claims technical knowledge/general insurance knowledge

Strong managerial skills

Be CII qualified up to at least certificate level

Ability to understand and discuss complex situations with own advisers (staff, solicitors) and negotiate with third party solicitors and claims management companies. Ability to make decisions in complex situations involving significant Company spend

Job Ref: MASS 836 Hours: Full Time Location: London (All) / London Working Term: Permanent Position Salary: £30,000 - £35,000
