Job Description
Job Title: HVAC Service Manager
Core Duties:
To respond to customer enquiries relating to service issues.
Maintain efficient running of Service Department.
Increase revenue of Service Department.
Manage service and warranty support.
Manage maintenance and extended warranty contracts.
Provide M & E technical support to installers and agents by phone.
Manage network of service agents and engineers.
Manage service administrators.
Manage service department procedures and documentation.
Manage service accounts.
Key Skills:
HVAC experience
Experienced Service Manager.
Knowledge and experience of maintaining a network of service agents.
Full clean driving licence
Desirable: Ability to increase revenue of service department
