Job title: Production Administrator
Contract: 3 months
A vacancy has arisen for a Production Administrator reporting to the Operations Manager. To submit client data for processing, printing and mailing; monitor production activity to ensure that customer services levels are met; reconcile documents volumes and maintain accurate records.
Key skills required for the job:
Excellent numeric and good literacy skills
Excellent IT skills in Word, Excel.
Ability to follow procedures and audit controls without deviation, organise own workload and achieve targets
Meticulous attention to detail
Ability to problem solve and think outside the box
Be able to work under pressure
Excellent communication skills and telephone manner
Ability to prioritize work load and meet deadlines
To assist with inputting of UK postage dockets on to Royal Mail OBA system on a daily basis.
