London Office Candidate Requirement We are a property management company dealing in planned and reactive maintenance, periodic refurbishment and repair and inspections and security of commercial property. We are responsible for a varied portfolio of property and have a number of blue chip clients. We operate throughout London and the south east of England and pride ourselves on providing the very highest standards of service and attention. Our London City office is seeking to recruit a part or newly qualified general practice building surveyor or a candidate with not less than 2-3 years experience working within a multi-site facilities management environment. Many of our properties are occupied and attention to detail, the ability to think and act on your own and to provide accurate, timely reporting together with solutions is essential. Commercial experience in the preparation of work schedules and costs would be an advantage. You will need to work with our assessed and approved base of specialist sub-contractors and consultants. You must be impeccable in appearance and be an excellent and confident communicator. For the right candidate, a salary of £ 35k – £ 40k per annum is available, 23 days paid leave and other benefits (depending on age and experience).
