Division: Non-Marine Reporting to: Director Non Marine Principal Tasks Preparing market submissions and placing documentation Maintaining clear, accurate and comprehensive files reflecting the transactions undertaken on behalf of clients Inviting and monitoring renewal instructions Generally providing support to the producers/brokers within the Property Section Carrying out such projects and other duties and tasks as may from time to time be required Generic Knowledge Requirements Sufficient knowledge and understanding of the relevant aspects of the Law of Agency and the Law of Contract to be able to perform the Principal Tasks Sufficient knowledge and understanding of the general concepts of insurance to be able to perform the Principal Tasks Good working knowledge of the UK regulatory requirements as they affect the business of the Property Section Awareness of legal and jurisdictional requirements in territorial limits worked on and maintenance of up to date knowledge of current market practices.
