An opportunity has arisen to join the large construction team in an Account/Claims Handler role. Responsibilities involve:

Account Handling:

Dealing with renewal negotiations and the day to day handling of some of largest clients, meeting high customer satisfaction requirements.

Claims Handling:

Dealing with a range of claims from notification to settlement; liasing with the Insurers and Loss Adjusters and providing reports for the Client. Applicants would preferably but not essentially possess or be working towards Certificate in Insurance and/or Diploma in Insurance.

Essential Job Requirements:

Account and/or Claims handling experience.
IT Literate.
Ability to communicate directly with the client on a daily basis.
Desirable job requirements.
Motor Fleet claims experience.
Liability claims experience.
Property claims experience.
