Position/Job Title:
Claims First Response Advisor
Summary:
To manage inbound and outbound calls and associated activities in connection with claim notification within agreed service and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage telephone calls and paper/electronic notification of claims within service levels.
* Be aware of weekly, monthly and annual plans for work scheduling.
* Contribute to reporting and communication of the team performance.
* Ensure awareness and understanding of Treating Customers Fairly and how customers are managed.
* Ensure awareness and understanding of Financial Crime and how it is managed.
* Other duties may be required.
Qualifications:
Experience:
Working in a customer facing environment
Customer focused
People development skills
Service delivery focused
Professional Qualifications:
Educated to at least GCSE level
Skills/Personal Qualities:
Must be comfortable with telephone usage and enjoy talking with customers
