Day to day superior servicing of clients Assisting Account Executive with logical sales process Managing various prospect databases, from ground up Agreeing strategy and implementation for sales campaigns- to include- mailshot/e-shots/post card/faxback campaigns followed by call backs- where necessary Research prospects through website/trade associations/introducers Assist organisation of Account Executive diary Assist marketing of risks through market presentations and negotiating with markets Finalise sale by obtaining relevant documents/information e.g. proposal forms, direct debit mandates. Update computer systems with critical information Act compliantly in all instances above and wherever necessary, as advised by the company
