Client Service Executive – asset management background
Reports to CRM/Team Leader
Purpose of the Job:
To account manage either alone or with support all allocated client mailings ensuring service excellence is achieved through:
A “can-do” and efficient approach to service
100% quality of output for all aspects of account management
Adherence to all deadlines/service level agreements (SLA’s)
Main Duties:
To anticipate customer needs and wants & identify requirements.
To liaise with customers regarding the scheduling of jobs, negotiating reasonable timescales whilst still aiming to meet customer needs and if applicable ensuring any regulatory requirements for mailings are adhered to.
To ensure that all work undertaken is correctly priced to ensure maximum profitability for our client.
To ensure the successful delivery of customer mailings through strict adherence to SLA’s and all company processes and procedures.
To communicate efficiently and effectively with the Operational and Development Teams through the process agreed. For example the instant the job is confirmed by the customers it should be booked in on HAWK, preparing and delivering job briefs, work requests and docket requests on time, ensuring stock is ordered/delivered on time and moved to the appropriate location.
To build rapport and develop good working relationships with the Operational and Development Teams to ensure all aspects of the customers work are understood.
To check the progress of jobs through the various stages of production and keep the customer informed at all times by the agreed method.
To complete all necessary production systems documentation.
To obtain a sign off for all documentation by the customer where appropriate (specifically print proofs, job briefs, enclosing sample packs, purchase orders for pre-print).
To invoice customers promptly.
To complete a full reconciliation for all jobs.
To meet with customers when required and check customer satisfaction.
When required to meet with customers to review a specific mailing campaign.
To provide support to the other members of the Client Services Team and Department as and when required.
Key skills / experience:
Experience of working within or for blue chip financial business, preferably Asset Management an advantage but not a requirement.
Litho print & mailing house account management background an advantage.
Possesses meticulous attention to detail.
Flexible approach to work, adaptable to change.
Proactive, with the ability to apply logic, yet remain creative to maximise market potential.
Ability to prioritise work & deliver to deadlines.
Can work independently or as part of a team.
Excellent communication at all levels.
Confident at giving client presentations / holding client review meetings.
Excellent organisational skills, in particular planning and scheduling.
Possesses meticulous attention to detail.
Sense of humour.
Remains calm under pressure.
PC literate: HAWK, Word, Excel and Outlook.
