Within these managerial roles you will be responsible for the effective and profitable operation of the Plumbing & Heating Centre, ensuring that a high level of customer service is delivered at all times. Undertaking a full range of managerial duties to ensure the effective utilisation of all resources. You should have experience of achieving sales and growth targets and have previous experience of working in a plumbing and heating merchant environment, dealing with both public and trade customers. Working well with the Branch team in the provision of a quality customer service you will demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills and assist heavily with the expansion and growth of your branch.
