MAIN ROLE: To manage the day-to-day running of directories, telephony campaigns, price comparison site performance and digital marketing. Ensuring that agreed activity is approved and despatched in a timely manner. To assist the Marketing Manager to grow the effectiveness of the marketing campaigns. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES: * Plan and implement marketing campaigns within the agreed budget. * Assist in the production of new product and promotional propositions. * Maintain internal communication channels to ensure the operational team managers and support staff are aware of campaigns and promotions. * Help to ensure deadlines are met and budgets are managed efficiently, liaising with internal staff and external agencies, partners and suppliers as necessary. * Take responsibility for accurate proofing of copy and artwork. * Manage campaign fulfilment as necessary. * General administration wherever required. * Apply disciplines, policies and procedures to assist in the execution of commercial strategy. Including "Treating Customers Fairly" and ensure incentives/promotion are not to the detriment of the customer. * Monitoring and evaluating campaign effectiveness and assisting Manager in analysing the results of marketing activity. PERSON SPECIFICATION: * A background in Marketing, with digital marketing experience. * A relevant degree and /or CIM qualifications is preferred. * A good understanding of the insurance services market would be desirable *Be used to measuring marketing performance. * Have some experience of website marketing.
