Job Description
We are looking for a Support Engineer to join our IT Team. Applicants should have a minimum of one year of relevant experience in PC helpdesk support, and have good academic qualifications to A-Level and above. Microsoft qualifications will also be beneficial.
The successful applicant will be supporting PCs, printers and phones for front-line users. They will have the opportunity to develop a wide ranging IT career involving hardware and software support for desktop PCs and servers, network maintenance and administration, internet support, business intelligence services, system backup and business continuity. In addition to applicable in-house training, support and encouragement will be given to train for relevant MCSE qualifications.
Our IT team is small and busy. The successful applicant will be in at the deep end from day one, and must be confident, enthusiastic, self-motivated, and prepared to be an all-rounder.
