Job Title: Assistant Actuarial Analyst

Job Description

To support the Syndicate Actuaries in all actuarial work and to contribute to the Department’s analytical, reporting and planning roles.

Main Duties:

· Assisting with quarterly reserve reviews for Chaucer’s managed syndicates.

· Assisting with the preparation of annually accounted figures on a quarterly basis.

· Assisting with the preparation of long-term group forecasting projections on a quarterly basis.

· Production, development and enhancement of exhibits and reports to the Board and its Committees.

· Actuarial input into the planning process for Chaucer’s managed syndicates.

· Project support as required.

· Providing support to other members of the actuarial department on an ad hoc basis when required.
