Job Description

Fantastic opportunity to join a well established independent Insurance Brokers as a Personal Lines Broker in a busy office with a focus on excellent retention of existing clients who enjoy a high level of customer service.

Core Duties

To ensure high levels of retention and profitability of Personal Lines clients and also be involved in non complex commercial risk eg motor trade road risk, property owners and per capita.

Incoming and outbound call handling (new and existing clients) & dealing with customers by pre-arranged appointments in our offices.

Offering quotations, converting quotations to sales & chasing renewals

Dealing with claims enquiries

Communicating with insurance companies & negotiating rates

The ideal candidate wil have the following attributes:

Solid experience in Personal Lines Insurance within a Broker
Fully familiarity with Open GI systems
Excellent numerical and communication skills
Ability to work in a very fast moving environment with demanding clients

Job Ref: MASS 725 Hours: Full Time Location: Kent Working Term: Permanent Position Salary: Negotiable Up To £20,000
