Job Title: Senior Technical Analyst

Job Description

My client are actively seeking an MCSE accredited Senior Technical Analyst who has extensive knowledge and experience of all 1^st – 3^rd line support issues, Project Lifecycle experience and a detailed knowledge of basic operating systems, servers, networks, Internet, BlackBerry Server and anti virus.

The ideal candidate will also have solid experience of Infrastructure Project Delivery, ITIL qualification and CCNA / CCNP accreditation.

Job Overview:

Design, implement and document the infrastructure and provide support to business applications used within the Company.

To manage, co-ordinate and control the Company’s suppliers.

To undertake testing, diagnosis, and fault fixing on all hardware and software.

Provide Incident & Problem Management support

Ensure all IT Project work conforms to ITIL standards.
