As a Junior Underwriter you will be providing first class customer service and supporting the team in underwriting, negotiating and servicing the business within authority limits. You will need to ensure productivity, quality and service standards are met whilst handling and positively resolving customer enquiries. You will also be expected to keep accurate records and generate prompt and quality documentation in line with company practice.

Ideally you will have gained1-2 years experience within an insurance business with exposure to Commercial Combined / Property Owners underwriting. You must be keen to learn, customer driven and will need to possess excellent communication and team working skills. The ability to cope with varying workloads, and an enthusiastic and flexible approach to work is key in this role.
