Job Description
Essential Skills:
Knowledge of the complexity and process of big ticket business to business sales processes. Some experience is preferred
Particular experience in extended warranty relating to consumer goods, mobile phones and laptops is useful. More important is the ability to take on information and use it in the appropriate and relevant way.
Attititude and Style is more of a requirement than detailed experience, although both are preferred.
Knowledge of the UK Electrical market is desired.
Ability to use Powerpoint, Excel etc. Intermediate

Responsibilities:
a. identify and approach targeted prospects in the markets determined by the Director of Business Development.
b. to manage the sales pipeline through to successful award of contract to the company.
c. to oversee the successful implementation of new campaigns and initiatives.
d. oversee account handling activity in respect of new prospect accounts
e. conduct ongoing commercial assessment of all activity
f. develop compelling propositions and develop negotiations with potential clients
g. develop strong and relevant prospect relationships
h. to develop a clear strategy for developing relationships in our target markets.
i. communicate internally on all aspects of new business activity and development.
j. support the wider sales team in all related sales activity as directed.
