The role
This role is part of the Business Improvement team who work closely with the various business areas and the IT department to deliver IT and process change. The main focus of this role will be to take ownership of projects and ensure successful delivery. This role requires a proactive approach to ensure ideas are challenged, change requests are valid and appropriate and delivery is by the most effective and efficient means. This role is to provide maternity cover on some key UK business plans for an initial 12 month period full-time and flexible working will be considered.
Key responsibilities
• Working with the business to understand and analyse their requirements
• Plan and manage the timely delivery of projects
• Coordinating with the IT department to deliver effective business solutions
• Providing input to major change projects as appropriate
• Create business case and feasibility studies where required
• Have a thorough understanding of Business processes and be able to identify areas for process improvement

Key requirements
• Educated to Degree level or equivalent
• Strong communication, relationship management and influencing skills
• Experience of project and change management would be preferable
• Personal drive, energy and commitment
• Desire for continuous improvement and personal growth
