Retail Development Manager

Dealing with the Branches and Agents on a Day to Day Basis their queries, providing them with support calls/emails, whilst creating new Marketing ideas for profitable development of both Tradex Branches and Agents alike.

Process/deal with Branches and Agents queries on a day to day basis and their telephone calls/issues in a timely accurate manner.

Liaise with IT department personnel where appropriate and continue to train and develop Agents and staff at Branches on both the Harlosh system and develop Underwriting skills.

Monitor each Branch and Agents for development opportunities and visiting when required.

Maintain accurate records

Creating new and exciting Marketing ideas for profitable development of Tradex Branches and Agents alike.

Ad hoc or additional:

The above represents the key areas of responsibility within your role, however you may be required to cover additional duties as and when required.

Experience:

Minimum 3 years motor underwriting experience (essential)

Skills/Personal Qualities:

Computer literacy and keyboard skills (essential)

A good working knowledge of Harlosh and Paradox in-house operating systems

Must have a good working knowledge and skills in both Motor Trade and Taxi underwriting (essential).

Proactive

Must be able to work under pressure and to strict deadlines

Must be willing to go the extra mile

Accuracy and attention to detail

Patience is a must

Must be able to prioritise workloads

Common sense; logical mind and the ability to problem solve on an ad-hoc basis
