Job Description

We are currently looking for a bubbly, reliable and motivated individual to work within our clients Sales Department.

Duties will include:-

Accurately enter information verbally obtained from prospective clients over the telephone into our quote system and then enthusiastically deliver the quote to the customer with the aim of selling the insurance policy to them.

Call existing customers when their insurance policy is due for renewal with the intention of getting the client to renew their policy with us.

Advise customers when they require assistance with any insurance related queries.

To motivate themselves so that they achieve their individual sales targets which will assist the team in achieving the company’s monthly income target.

To participate and provide input in marketing strategy meetings with the goal being to increase the company’s market share in its chosen areas of insurance.

Thorough training will be given to the successful candidates to assist them in completing their duties. Courses with the end goal of obtaining a recognised Insurance qualification are available (Subject to criteria).

Regular contact with other departments such as administration, claims, credit control and accounts. Giving the successful applicant an insight and understanding in other aspects of insurance.
