My Essex based client are actively seeking a Field Service Technician with a background in Refrigeration / HVAC to carry out on –site fault finding, repairs and planned maintenance.

Candidates should ideally have the following skills & attributes:

A timed served apprenticeship within the HVAC industry.
Qualifications in the refrigeration and air conditioning sector.
Air handling, air movement and ductwork commissioning experience would also be beneficial.
Good customer liaison and communication skills.
Basic plumbing skills and a knowledge of domestic heating.
Be able to work unsupervised and be confident to liaise with end users, installation contractors and distributors.
Good time keeping and a reliable attitude towards work.
A full clean UK driving licence.
To be able to offer technical support over the telephone.
