Job Description
My Client is seeking an Account Handler to maintain and service Credit insurance customers providing day to day administration assistance with limits and on renewals and claims.
The ideal candidate will have a solid background and knowledge of Credit Insurance; be competent with new business, renewals, MTAs and Claims; able to work in a structured, organised way often under pressure and unsupervised.
Accuracy is essential.
Main responsibilities of job:
To support Client Executives in the handling of all aspects of Credit Insurance (renewals, new business, mid term adjustments).
Provision of day to day Customer service on limits.
Customer assistance on the use of Insurers On-Line systems.
Provision of pro-active claims management including client liaison.
Maintain excellent standards of Customer care and support.
Main Skills Required:
Strong level of Microsoft Word and Excel applications.
Strong knowledge of Credit Insurance.
Minimum of five year’s experience in Credit insurance sector.
Personal skills:
Ability to work under pressure.
Confident telephone manner.
Good communication skills.
Ability to prioritise and work unsupervised.
Accuracy is essential.
Salary:
£25,000 - £35,000 depending on experience.
