Account Executive - Credit Insurance

My Client is seeking an Account Exec to service Credit insurance customers and develop a Credit Insurance portfolio – Kent based, but for the right person there is the possibility of this being a home-based role.

The ideal candidate be from a Broker (or Underwriter) background; will have superior customer facing skills as well as excellent Insurer relationships; be able to work in a structured, organised way; able to work under pressure and unsupervised.
Accuracy is essential.

Main Responsibilities:

Introduction of an existing Credit Customer portfolio.
Face to face liaison with Customers on all aspects of managing their Credit Insurance policy.
Provision of day to day Customer service and advice.
Customer guidance on the use of Insurers On-Line systems.
Management of claims service.
Market relationships and development.
Maintain excellent standards of Customer care and support.

Key Requirements:

Strong level of Microsoft Word and Excel applications.
Strong knowledge of Credit Insurance.
Excellent communicator at all levels.
Minimum of seven year’s experience in Credit insurance sector, with at least three in client facing role.
