Department: Futures Operations

Hours: Shift work 7am-4pm, 9am-6pm, 11am-8pm

My Client is actively seeking a Client Services Representative in their Futures Operations department.

Ideally you will be an enthusiastic, outgoing and professional individual to perform a key role in their Client Services Team with responsibility for:

Margin calls.
Customer liaison.
Cash management.
FX .
R&N Static data.
Reporting using Excel and Access.
Trade Breaks / Position maintenance.
Commission & Interest Maintenance.

Ideally you will have the following skills:

Minimum 2 years experience in a margining, reconciliation or clearing or client service role.
Customer services experience preferable.
Rolfe & Nolan experience.
Self motivated.
Flexible and able to take initiative.
Ability to resolve queries in a timely and confident manner.
Strong Communication skills.
