My client is a design and build, Mechanical & Electrical Services Company specialising in Air Conditioning, Refrigeration, Heating, and Ventilation & Electrical systems.

A new opportunity has arisen for an experienced M&E Cost Manager/Advisor.
They require someone who can compile M and E tenders (Accurately).
Tenders will be from 10K to 1,000.000 usually and in the realm of office refurbishments, restaurants and hotels.
The Tenders need to be returned on time in a professional format and the right candidate will need to be able to use his knowledge and knowledge of his subcontractors and of the industry as well as reference literature like SPONS and LUCKINS to compile costs.
You will need to be able to hit the floor running in order to deal with the incoming tenders ASAP.

The Company is located in Essex and the salary will depend on experience.
