To have a comprehensive knowledge of the Retail Broker Division Underwriting Guides, General Policy wordings and Schemes.
Have an understanding of the functionalities of Software house quotation systems, all other Third Party quote systems including Internet sites.
Fully understand the principles and method of operation of EDI.
Take overall responsibility for the functions of the IT Liaison SWH and EDI Department.

Main Duties:

Take overall responsibility for ensuring:

Projects are completed on time and efficiently.
Products and all related documentation and transactions function correctly on all quotation systems, with the latest rate reviews in place.
Changes in technology are constantly monitored to ensure the types of risks received are those required by ERS, and the processes of the business are streamlined efficiently and economically wherever possible.
Build and maintain close working relationships with all quotation system houses, CGI IT and underwriters.
Attend meetings on behalf of ERS and report and action where necessary.
Perform other duties as reasonably requested according to the needs of ERS.
