LONDON and MANCHESTER

We are currently seeking experienced claims handlers to join the Counter Fraud Group in both our London and Manchester offices.
The successful candidate will run a caseload independently consisting of pre- and post-litigated files, involving suspected fraudulent motor insurance claims including low impact velocity claims, contrived/staged/induced accidents, theft, exaggerated claims and those involving bogus passengers.
The successful candidate will have experience in the above areas, be fully conversant with CPR and be able to run their own caseload from start to finish.
They will have an eye for detail and be able to make rapid decisions and judgments.
Previous experience of the insurance industry and use of a case management system are required.
We are looking for a team player with excellent I.T and analytical skills and an enthusiasm for this area of work.
An ability to work under pressure, keep to deadlines and prioritise your own caseload is essential.
