Job Description
Duties include:
Contract analysis and preparation of contract workshop.
Defend incoming claims and prepare outgoing claims.
Review/prepare contractual correspondence and support project management in negotiation meetings.
Candidate specifics:
Candidate should have 10 years post qualification experience.
Must have strong claims/contract admin experience.
Strong on detail and strategic approach.
Experience of commercial/contractual/claim management of process or power related projects.
Experience managing the heavy M&E elements of such projects would be advantageous.
Engineering background with site based experienced also advantageous.
Good understanding of contract law.
Fluent French.
