Job Description
The key purpose of this role is to assist with the smooth running of the underwriting department by completing all administration tasks.
Ensuring post is logged and relevant files pulled, extracting files as and when requested, posting documents, issuing Standard Letters and general Data Entry.
You will also be responsible for ensuring filing is kept up to date and will be expected to cover for breaks and holidays on the Switchboard Applicants should possess good communication skills including confidence when talking on the telephone and in person, have the ability to work under own initiative and under pressure at times and be able to organise and prioritise workload.
Computer literacy and keyboard skills essential as is previous administration experience.
