Reports to: Human Resources Manager

Our client are looking to recruit someone with very strong numeracy and advanced Excel and that real analytical mind set to join their HR team.
To summarise, the role will be to provide an operational support to the HR department and Senior Management to help reach business objectives by acting as a systems, process, data and administrative focal point.

Main Duties/Accountabilities:

Support and assist the HR Manager where necessary.
Review, document and monitor the effectiveness of internal HR processes and procedures.
Maintain the Key Performance Indicators.
Manage enhancements to HR systems and ensure data integrity.
Produce management information and reporting for business managers.
Conduct salary benchmarking and analysis.
Assist in coordinating salary review process.
Ensure compliance and key regulatory and risk management procedures.
Work within Treating Customer Fairly framework (if applicable).
Provide administration support to the HR department as necessary.
Ideally you will have previous experience in an analytical role and have knowledge of the Lloyd’s Market/insurance company environment, although this is not essential.
