Senior, Intermediate and Junior Estimators to work on Decent Homes, Social Housing, based in Essex Offices

Job Description:

Working for the company on behalf of our Client, on repairs / maintenance Estimating on schedules of rates predominately as opposed to Bill of Quantities.

Packages:

Senior:

Salary to £70,000 depending on experience, Non-Contributory Pension, Company Car Allowance to 10% of salary, Private Medical Cover, Lap Top, Mobile Telephone, 25 Days Annual Leave.

Intermediate:

Salary to £50,000 depending on experience, Non-Contributory Pension, Company Car Allowance to 10% of salary, Private Medical Cover, Lap Top, Mobile Telephone, 25 Days Annual Leave.

Junior:

Salary to £40,000 depending on experience, Non-Contributory Pension, Company Car Allowance to 10% of salary, Private Medical Cover, Lap Top, Mobile Telephone, 25 Days Annual Leave.
