Due to continuing growth of their business my client are actively seeking to recruit a UK Sales Manager.
Based in Essex and reporting to the Managing Director, the successful candidate will be responsible for the management and growth of the UK sales team.
For this senior position, it is envisaged that three days per week will be spent in the office and two days out on the road nationwide.

The successful candidate will have a proven sales and technical track record within the Heating & Ventilation industry.

Key duties include:

Management of the existing sales team (two sales engineers) Development of our UK business Management of customer technical support and training Development of relationships with key industry professionals (consultants, for example)
Development of distribution network Attractive package + car allowance
Holiday entitlement 25 days per annum (pro rata) One week must be taken during Christmas shutdown

After qualifying period:

Profit related bonus, Management bonus and pension scheme.
