Pre-Requisite Attributes:

Electrical qualified - to 17th Edition IEE Regs.
Building Services background.
Use of a bespoke CMMS.
Full working knowledge og PPM (HVCA SFG 20 standard) and reactive maintenace.
Very well versed in all mechancial, electrical and building services and flawlessly knowledgeable refarding statutory regulations with regard to building.
Full clean driving licence.
Computer literate especially in Word, Excel and Outlook as a minimum.
Ability to communicate at all levels (especially at director level).
Ability to run sub contractors.
Ability to interpret KPIs and SLAs and to ensure compliance with those at all times.

Desirable Attributes:

Qualified in one other aspect of building services.
Financial acumen and understanding.
Ability to understand technical proposals.
Working knowledge of invoicing and accounting.
CAD knowledge.

The Role:

The position will be salaried.
The role of Contract Supervisor will be a varied role, and will divide the time between the office in Hainault and time on site carrying out audits on the PPM and reactive tasks carried out, meeting with client Business Managers and sub contractors.
This will involve frequent stays away from home, and lots of travel throughout the UK (driving, use of public transport and must not be afraid to fly).
The role will require a very flexible attitude to working times and may involve weekend and out of hours working.
The person must have a “can do” attitude, and be resilient in manner.
They must also be presentable and professional at all times.
The position attracts a fully expensed vehicle (presumed to be a Ford Focus or similar), a laptop and mobile telephone and Company benefits.
