I have 2 New roles for a Senior Estimator and Junior Estimator working for a small Quantity Surveying Practise working on behalf of one of their clients.

You must have RC Frame or Concrete experience and the project is an - 8 Storey, £6 Mil New Build Offices in Greenwich.
The client is a major RC Frame and ground works specialist contractor.
The role will be working within a 4 person team reporting in to the Estimating Manager.

Main duties will include :

Taking of quantities, preparing and pricing trade packages, liason and meetings with planners and designers.
